Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, samples are usually free of charge. However, we kindly ask customers to cover the courier cost or provide their own courier account. Thank you for your understanding.

A: We appreciate your interest in our products. Since we send out many samples every month, the courier cost has become a significant expense. Therefore, we kindly ask customers to cover the shipping cost or provide their own courier account.
Q: Can I request production samples before shipment?
A: Yes. We will provide production samples for your confirmation before shipment.
MOQ & Lead Time
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For most standard optical components—such as lenses, windows, and mirrors—there is no strict MOQ. For customized optics, the MOQ varies depending on material, dimensions, and coating requirements. Please contact us for specific details.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: For standard products, the lead time is usually 7–25 days after order confirmation. For customized items, it depends on the specific requirements—please contact us for more details.
Q: How to Receive the Products?
A: We ship by FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, or SF Express. If you prefer sea shipping, it’s also available. If you have a shipping agent or partner in China, we can send the goods to them.
Payment
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment term is T/T. For small orders or sample charges, we accept Paypal, Alipay, or Western Union. Other payment methods can be discussed if needed.
Q: Can I pay via Paypal?
A: For large orders, we prefer T/T. But for small payments (e.g. samples), Paypal is acceptable.

Q: How long does it take to get a reply after inquiry?
A: We usually reply within 24 hours during working days.
